INTERACTIVE DESIGN

 

This week, I proceeded and was a little rushed to finish all five websites since they were due this Friday and also because I had two other projects from separate classes to juggle about with. This week was particularly demanding, since I had to juggle a variety of tasks at the same time. Nonetheless, I remained positive and made every effort to complete all of them, particularly the websites. As a student, I've learnt to manage my time effectively and have come to realise that time management is critical in order to effectively organise our work. Last week, I finished my homepage as well as a website for a men's magazine. I still had three more to do, and I was working on them on weekends to make sure I finished them all. While working on the Men's Magazine website, I made a mistake and struggled to position the photo on the left-hand side of the text. Eventually, I figured it out by watching a YouTube video and following the instructions.

On Thursday, I finished the development of all of my e-commerce sites. After finishing my job, I felt a great sense of relief and accomplishment. The fact that I finished it surprised me, and the fact that I had doubts about my ability to complete it before I ever started was a source of great satisfaction. But I had faith in myself and persuaded myself that I was up to the task, and I gave myself permission to experiment.
