WEEK 6 | PACKAGING
MUG PUB (PACKAGING)
Opinion:
When I first saw the packaging, I was immediately taken with it. Despite the fact that it is not brightly coloured, it somehow drew my attention. I just like how the elements, designs, and concept of the packaging have been put together in comparison to other beer packaging on the market, which is usually boring or does not adhere to environmental safety standards. Aside from that, the packaging could be improved even further by including vibrant colours to make it more appealing rather than simply using a plain brown colour, so that the beer can be eye-catching, thereby attracting the attention of customers.
Product Packaging Strategy:
Every product necessitates meticulous packaging. Using recyclable paper cups in this instance, the paper booze mugs transform this into an environmentally friendly concept that benefits the environment. Not only that, but they also came up with the concept of takeaway beer, which has a similar aesthetic to takeaway coffee and is made entirely of recyclable paper cups and a cardboard carrier, with a sticker on the lid indicating the type of beer it is, such as pale ale or lager, as well as the date it was filled, similar to takeaway coffee. In the copy of the beer, it says, "Handcrafted with courage." The font is large and bold. Aside from that, the strategy of implementing eco-friendliness is very strategic and clever because customers are increasingly concerned with purchasing products that are safe for the environment. As a result, I believe they have successfully branded the packaging in the market while also adding value to the product, which is beer.
Reimagined Copy:
