WEEK 6 - 9 : POSTER DESIGN RESEARCH
To complete this project, we were asked to design a poster around the theme Mental Health: Maintaining a Positive Attitude While Participating in Covid. Our project theme needed to be better understood before we could even begin designing the poster, so we did that before starting the design process. As a result, we conducted extensive research on mental health.

Findings
The COVID-19 pandemic has introduced unprecedented changes in the lives of children and adolescents. These changes brought a sudden loss of structure, routine, and sense of control. The pandemic itself has caused much worry, stress, and grief. These stressors can cause mental health challenges for anyone and can cause acute symptoms to appear for people who may experience preexisting mental health challenges.
This year, many people have faced serious challenges to their mental health. Along with the health impacts of the disease, COVID-19 has led to, self and social isolation, disconnection from family and friends, quarantine and lockdowns on movement resulting in more people than ever experiencing feelings of helplessness, isolation and depression. Demand for health support services has increased exponentially as a result.
Driven by the angst and anxiety generated by a pandemic, thousands of people have flooded the health system, while others have rushed to supermarkets in an attempt to forestall coming supply shortages. Mathematical modeling will help us understand the natural history of the disease, predict outbreak patterns, and identify strategies to modify the course of the pandemic.
Hence, as a growing number of people worldwide are being urged to remain at home and limit their physical contact with others, feelings of isolation may be on the rise. To prevent this isolation from adversely affecting your mental health, it is crucial to reach out to others.

MOCKUP POSTERS
WEEK 8
FEEDBACK: Mr Fauzi liked Mockup #1 from the figure 1.3 the best out of the two drawings that I came up with. As opposed to Mockup #2, he requested that I submit that poster as my final proposal rather than Mockup #2.
During Week 8, I began working on retouching my photographs, which had been shot by my friend. On-campus, I had in a little photoshoot. The portrait photo was shot with the assistance of my friend.

During my time spent editing the photograph, I had to move the photograph to the right side of the frame and convert it to monochrome in order to mix in with the purple colour that I was aiming for.

DESCRIPTION:
As little more than an explanation to show why such a poster was made, it is a poster to demonstrate positivity and raise awareness among the general public, particularly students, since during these difficult times in Covid 19, everyone, including students, is imprisoned to their own homes. Students' learning habits have been radically altered, and they must now adjust to the new standard of living. As it's not simple, and students have recently expressed frustration with their new online courses as a result of the many restrictions. Students' mental health has had a significant influence on the epidemic; thus, in order to inspire them and to disseminate positivity, I created this poster, which is titled "Don't Let Go Of Hope." It is my intention to make this poster as bright and colourful as possible, as seen in the picture above. On top of all of that, I believe that colour can bring happiness, which is why I chose to include some gorgeous, vibrant flowers around the perimeter of my photo, which I cropped to illustrate that being positive is essential and that remaining cheerful throughout this epidemic is not difficult to do. Aside from that, I added a letter on the poster with the words "Think Positive, Be Positive" since I felt they were suitable as all the students need to think positive all the time. It was also important to me that my poster be as basic as possible while yet making an impression on the audience and anybody else who happened to come across it throughout the course of the project.
